[FRG] Add ability to select & move multiple items

One major hangup for editing large reports, is if you reach a place where you have to insert an item in the middle, it's painstaking to have to manually adjust everything below it down by "Y" amount.
It'd be really nice to be able to select and move multiple items at the same time.
This feature has been added in the latest version.
