Side drag label size prop

Allow the size drag labels length to be prop configurable. Don't need to address the issue of if it's more or less and how it effects positioning of content pane components, we just kind of ignore that same as top drag label. Ideally if everything uses a cyder layout the layout will handle how much space it actually has on the frame excluding the drag labels.
