插件代码代码里的 schedule，在用 reload 重新加载插件后还会继续生效。

@Antares0982 我在代码里是先 schedule 一次，然后在 TimeOutEvent 里边再 schedule。但是每次 reloadPlugin 时候，之前写的插件的计时还会留着，继续发 TimeOutEvent，要结束进程再开才能没。（不过如果是特性那没事了
明白了，如果是这样的话确实有改善的空间，谢谢反馈！
