Nagvis Pictures in overview maps are broken

The Pictures are working as a the normal background but i cant see them in the overview.

Setup:
Almalinux 8.7
PHP 8.1.13
NagvVis 1.9.33

Seems to be the same issue we fixed in the pull request #330
