The repository contains the following code:

  1. syEGG.m - software code (GNU Octave function) that generates synthetic electrogastrogram (EGG) timeseries based on method described in [2] that is derived from parameters calculated on data available in [3-4]
  2. syEGG_VR.m - software code (GNU Octave function) that generates altered EGG timeseries in the presence of simulator sickness, the method is fully described in [2]
  3. paper_figs.m - software code (GNU Octave code) for reproducibility of figures presented in [2], it uses syEGG.m, syEGG_VR.m, and ID18_postprandial.txt
  4. stepAnalysis.m - software code (GNU Octave code) for extensive analysis of applied Butterworth filter in [2]
  5. automaticDetectionBA.m - software code (GNU Octave code) examination of breathing artifact for [2], it uses data from [3-4]

Data

  1. ID18_postprandial.txt - sample data from the EGG database [3-4] that is used for producing figures by paper_figs.m software code (The data is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International)
