[Feature Request] Way to query version information for checking state of adapter prior to/after flashing

I have tried stuff like this but cant figure out the syntax to get it to work right

universal-silabs-flasher --device /dev/ttyUSB0 --probe-method bootloader

There isn't without looking through debug logs, I didn't think of this use case. I can add something in a future release.
