Rename `sanity`, `copylat` and `copybw`

sanity, copylat and copybw are very generic names and they are per default installed in the system path. To avoid the name collisions The executable names should have a gdrcopy prefix. To avoid breaking QA depending on the current name symlinks with the old names to the executables could be used. These symlinks could be removed on systems where the name collisions are an issue.
