`FoundSrvs::into_srvs` missing from v0.8.0

It looks like the (some?) changes for v0.7.2 were introduced in a separate branch and never made it into main.

If you look at git log v0.8.0..v0.7.2 you'll see a few commits that never made it into main and were inadvertently lost in v0.8.0.

In particular, FoundSrvs::into_srvs (from 6826b43) is missing. The changelog in main/v0.8.0 is also missing the 0.7.2 entry entirely.
