Add ability to 'prune' a run

A recordr run may include files and relationships that the use may wish to remove from
the run. Add the ability to remove objects from the recorded information / file archive (if needed)
and have recordr remove / repair the provenance graph to reflect these removals.
This needs to be entered in the Run Manager API Design Document first and approved by
all those interested.
