Provide a way for a user to easily specify an alternate dir for the recordr cache

The default recordr cache directory is ~/.recordr. If the recordr disk space
usage becomes to high, the user may wish to relocate this to another file system.
Provide a method, or instructions to make this easy and reliable. Maybe ~/.recordr
could be set to a symbolic link (will this work on windows?) if the user copies / removes
the original dir.
