Verify that all necessary prov relationships are added to a package

Use the Hydrocarbon Database data package as a reference, verify that recordr is adding
all necessary provenance relationships and ORE required relationships are included in the
resource map that is uploaded when an execution is published. The Hydrocarbon Database
data package is located at urn:uuid:3171ca7c-6074-40f1-b2b9-2745c96a355b
Part of this verification is also to upload this to a D1 v2 member node with a version of metacatui
that can display all the prov relationships.
