Implement viewObject()

The viewRuns() function provides limited information about some objects such as files.
The viewObject() function will provide a way to see more complete info for certain object
types. The specification for this call will be entered in the design document
DataONEorg/sem-prov-design#150
Moving this to 1.1.0 milestone, as this is not critical functionality for the 1.0.0 release.
