Update viewRun() output

Update the output of the viewRun() function according to the design review that included input
from members of DataONE sem-prov team. Notes are located at https://docs.google.com/document/d/13VmbVyJQJ5-7LxVWV0DI7JhCTPfFRmrCSJiyVJnixD4/edit?pli=1

The viewRuns() output is now correct, last updated in commit 3301fcb
