Rename branches and add descriptions so that different groups know where and what to look

  • Name should be on the lines of validation-xray-knowledge-graph or create-xray-knowledge-graph or merge-xray-monarch-knowledge-graph
  • Description should explain what the pipeline is doing, what tool and what the expected outcome is
