either clmDayHourTLL or clmDayHourTLLL are not working in NCL

Describe the bug
Dear community, I'm trying to compute hourly climatologies using the" clmDayHourTLL or clmDayHourTLLL" functions. But I have got the errors messages like below,
error message: "fatal:Undefined identifier: (clmDayHourTLL) is undefined, can't continue."
I have verified at $NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/csm/contributed.ncl, I haven't found any of the above two functions.
Can you please look into this issue and how we can resolve this?

- OS version: [Distributor ID: Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS]
- NCL Version: [ 6.4.0]
- Installation method: [binary from NCAR website]
