Regridding using ESMF

Having an issue while regridding NLDAS data using 'bilinear' or 'conserve' methods. Since, NLDAS has missing values over ocean gridcells, my destination file (geogrid) gets "missing values" over some of its points, especially at the transition points of land and ocean. Is there any way to get non-missing values all over my destination domain (nearest neighbour non-missing values will work). The source and destination files are attached.Thanks.
