Need Help in generating Average wind speed using WRF output files

Hello Everyone,
I am working on WRF to acess wind speed of different sites. Can any one help me in scripting for average wind speed. Screen shot is attached below. I would like to have only one graph with the average speed of all the times as shown in the attached file.
I am using following below script . Need help how i can modify it to get the average wind speed of all the times in a single graph.
