Unable to view colors in NCL View

Hello all,
I am a student and working on WRF. I have installed WRF and NCL 6.6.2. When I used the command "ncl util/plotgrids_new.ncl". Kindly find the attached screenshot.Above attached screen is displayed with no colors. Kindly let me know any possible solution.
