Geocat-comp climatology and calendar average examples

Describe the example you would like included in GeoCAT-examples
Create an example demonstrating the use of climatology_average and calendar_average from geocat.comp and how the two functions differ in their manipulation of time series data. A graph showing how the different kwargs change the output would be beneficial to visually explain how both functions make the data more granular.
