New JOGL built available - Update WorldWindJava

A new JOGL built (2.4.0) is available. It would be nice if this could be integrated in a new WorldWindJava release.

JOGL 2.4.0 also supports Mac M1 ARM, see:

I was finally able to get the demo running on my M1 Mac after downloading the new jars and replacing the ones that come with WorldWind 2.2.1.
