Description
SSL Certificate for worldwind.arc.nasa.gov has expired. This means you cannot access the root website or pull any resources.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to https://worldwind.arc.nasa.gov/
- See the certificate has expired.
Expected behavior: Able to view website
Actual behavior: Cannot view website
Reproduces how often: 100%
