Bring back the Condensed variant

The condensed variant was removed in v2.0.0 due to the following reasons:
- I was barely using this variant
- It was too much of a hassle to maintain because at the moment I'm doing these "by hand" on the fontforge UI.
However, I'd like to bring back the condensed variant as it might be useful to some people.
For it to happen, I'll need to look into fontforge's python scripting API and get some automation going - so that maintaining the condensed version doesn't become a hassle. Pull requests are welcome.
I've gotten a condenser script working. So condensed version is going to make a comeback some time soon.
