Compile and test the AVX512 path.

GCC 4.9 and ICC 14 should be able to compile it. But it won't be testable without an emulator for at least another year when the processor finally comes out.
Linux binary for version 3 is working on Skylake Purley hardware. Still waiting for Windows.
This is done and tested on Skylake X ES samples.
