The host "registry.terraform.io" given in in provider source address "registry.terraform.io/dmacvicar/libvirt" does not offer a

The host "registry.terraform.io" given in in provider source address "registry.terraform.io/hashicorp/local" does not offer a

I have this messages. And app could not download Terraform itself. I had have to build it from sorces.
Sorry. https://registry.terraform.io/ is blocked in my country (
