Feedback widget (in-app, survey also?)

Some ideas of how to ask for feedback:
- Is the API consistently as fast as you'd like? If not, how much faster or more consistent does it need to be?
- Is product experimentation proving valuable for you? Is it easy for you to tell?
- Any cool success stories?
Could even keep an item in the navbar that always has a "Got feedback?" prompt
