url-tools reference is incorrect

it should be 'urltools', not 'url-tools'.

url-tools references https://github.com/assetgraph/url-tools, created for exactly this purpose. See assetgraph/assetgraph#147

Are you seeing any errors because of this?

Ah, I see what happened. Name change and the module got published on npm. Fixed in v0.1.15

Oh, sorry about that. I just assumed grunt-reduce referenced git://github.com/slang800/url-tools.git like assetgraph and assetgraph-builder.
