I can't connect to my TeamSpeak account

Hi, I’m using your module to make a bot teamspeak.
I would like to connect to my server without querys, that is to say with a user account that will serve as a bot.
However, I cannot log in. What is the username and password to use? I use the ones I put when registering the account on TeamSpeak, but they don’t work. Same observation with the email address.

How I can do that ?
