Automatically lock old issues / PRs

We should automatically lock old inactive issues and PRs, to prevent people from reporting problems on issues that are from years ago.
Looks easy enough with https://github.com/dessant/lock-threads
Suggestion would be to lock anything that's been closed / merged, 90 days after the last activity..? (eg. if someone comments on a closed issue 80 days after it was closed, we lock 90 days after that).
