Feature Request: Bubble Distributor Legacy Functions

Describe the feature
While the new sealing mechanic for oxygen makes the mod more immersive, it's also harder on servers than the old bubbles and not as easy to work with.
It would be amazing to have some kind of config option for the 1.19 versions to re-add the old bubble mechanic in addition to the sealed bubble we have currently.
