Index does not update automatically

Hi, thanks for the plug-in, it's really great.
But down to business, I'm using the subjectindex in the most simple way possible, with just one index for all of the tags anywhere in my wiki. So that on the page where the index is displayed I am using this:
{{subjectindex>section=1;abstract;border;cols=3;proper;title;default;showcount}}
And for the any of the pages where I put tags I am simply just putting:
WhateverTheTagIs
This worked initially, as I made a few tags, and loaded a subject index on a separate docuwiki page "Index". However, I found that once I had done this, if I added new tags, they did not appear in the index. If I clicked the tags they would lead to the index, but no matter how many times I readjusted the subjectindex, put it on a new page, it did not update for any new tags.
I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if this is a known bug or issue. I hope I have provided enough information.
Cheers!
