What will happen in your session?
This is an interactive public speaking and communication strategy workshop built specifically for those in #STEM fields. I will take attendees thru a series of steps they can use to become more dynamic public speakers as well as offer tips on how they can build presentations that lend themselves to diversity and inclusion efforts as a whole.
What is the goal or outcome of your session?
The goal is to equip those who operate in #STEM fields with skills and a fresh point of view on their communication and style.
If your session requires additional materials or electronic equipment, please outline your needs.
A white board/giant self-sticking post-its and Sharpies would be great. A projector/screen for the presentation is most important.

Unfortunately, we didn't feel this session quite fit within the Digital Inclusion space this year, so I'm removing the milestone to allow other spaces to consider your proposal.
@auremoser this might be good for the Open Innovation space.
Apologies for my delayed reply on this one. I very much like this session, but I'm afraid we have no more stipends to allocate for the Open Innovation floor and our schedule is already quite full of sessions. If the session leader could operate without a stipend, I might be able to squeeze it in, but I would feel terrible asking someone to travel so far without support.
