Filters row does not remain sticky with Pager AJAX

When using sticky headers, both the headers with sorting and the filters are sticky for static table data. When you use Pager to fetch data dynamically with AJAX, the filters row "unattaches" from the sticky headers and scrolls off screen.

Sorry for not responding earlier. Can you see if the latest version still has this issue. Is there any way you can provide a demo of this issue?

Oops...and I lecture people on providing example data all the time. This should show you what I mean. The column header label row sticks, but the filters do not: http://ec2-54-201-106-196.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com/TableFilter/

I found the problem.. I'll have it fixed in the next update. Thanks for reporting it!
