BUG: Some PED's appear invisible even when close to them. (Garage, impound and rent a bike)

Some PED's appear invisible or flicker even when close to them, To test this, go to Paleto Bay impound and walk around the PED it will flicker and dissapear, it also does it for certain peds at the garage and rent a bike so I believe it is all the PEDs. Please fix this as I love your script and this is the only issue ive found. Thanks!
