Bugs on Color Hex Codes

well some colors work with a 6-Code Pattern (AABBCC) while others wants 8-Code Pattern where 2 of them is 'FF' in front (FFAABBCC). also i noticed that some colors change after being applied. example, when i entered a color FFA293CE and tapped apply, the next time i return to the color changing page it displays FFA293DE. i notice that the 2nd to the last Code is the one always changing automatically. thus forbidding me from attaining the proper color
