TSB doesn't work with apps that use Toolbar (Material Design)

The problem seems to be com.android.vending.AssetBrowserActivity which supports mutiple action bar colors for different sections Apps, Movies, Music, etc. Since we can set only one color per activity, that option is not quite feasible.

I navigate to settings and it works! So its just this activity thats posing the problem. But correct me if i'm wrong, overlay mode is supposed to work in all apps regardless of the activities, right?
