Priority

  • Change options in simulation functions so that the number of cluster can be specified (simulate species ranges)
  • Type checking for S.pool and N.local
  • Rename N.local to N
  • Plotting functions for patterns
  • Revise documentation
  • Adapt vignettes
  • Properly implement package dependencies (e.g. remove require() calls). Check R packages by Wickham.
  • Fix legend in divar with plotting command
  • Maybe take out plotting functions out of analysis functions?

Nice to have

  • Add function that estimates negative binomial k at different scales
  • Check CRAN release
