Dashboard responsive is off when changing between mobile and desktop view

The responsiveness of container Liquidity and Volume in Dashboard Page will not scale properly when screen size is reduce below 1100px. this is causing dashboard page to look off. For example when iPad user change from landscape mode to portrait mode, the issue will happen.
