Change playlist command

It could work like this:

1. store the default playlist url in heroku config
2. minnbot play! plays that default list
3. minnbot playlist ____ (enter url of Spotify playlist?
4. hubot plays the list until it's over
5. hubot goes back to the default playlist and starts playing again
