Add support for BlueMap

As Minecraft Overviewer is in a bit of an unknown state at the moment, it would be good to also support alternatives such as BlueMap.
Bluemap works perfectly with MSCS already, you can place it in your mods directory as any other mod and follow their documentation https://bluemap.bluecolored.de/wiki/
