language-detection is not Google's

Hi,

In https://code.google.com/p/language-detection/, I can't find any statement saying the project is Google's.

At the end of Readme, you find this:
Copyright (c) 2010-2014 Cybozu Labs, Inc.

And it has moved to https://github.com/shuyo/language-detection

So I think it's developed by @shuyo and is for Cybozu Labs, Inc. not Google.

Am I missing something?
