The sequence number does not increment

hello,I am using milkdown in vscode and I have a problem.
when i use order-list，The sequence number does not increment.

For now only simple ordered list supported.(Such as 1. xxx, 2. xxx, 3.xxx). Something like 1.1, 1.2 is not supported yet.
