We want to let developers know how they can contribute.
- Explain how developers can contribute
- Step-by-step instructions for forking, cloning, and submitting pull-requests
- Communication channels for getting help and support
- etc.
I'm going to start working on this one.
Submitted a pull-request and merged with master.
