Description

Change project useRouter push with custom usePRouter that will trigger NProgress bar

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to /project
2. Click on some project
3. See that there is no ui loader while specific project page is loading and user don't know what is happening a few seconds

Expected Behavior

When specific project is clicked , until it will load on top of page should be displayed a loading bar

Actual Behavior

Now no loaders is displayed
