how can I add pages to official wiki

I noticed that the official wiki (https://ocdoc.cil.li/) has zh_cn version, and it is not completed. I'm now completing the translation.
some pages are copies of English version, I can modify them to complete the translation. But some pages didn't exist, and I didn't see the "create page" button.
I wonder how I can create pages.
