Computer will break randomly

so i found an odd bug, so while typing anything on shell the computer halts
all its interactions are odd and i cant find any data like erros on console
its is not entirely OC, it is also JEI I think
the last line are about jei integration, so its a crossmod interaction bug. can you tell me the mods you were using ?

Disable "Optimize Memory Usage" in JEI's options if you must, but the warnings can be safely ignored.

Still the same issue, OC still goes out of its way and starts hitting interrupts randomly
