Incorrect rate of receiving energy from IC2

Devices from OC are receiving power from both versions of IC2 at the wrong rate. For example Computer Case Tier 1 has a capacity of 500 and an energy acceptance rate of 5/t and should theoretically be fully charged in 5 seconds if there is a sufficient power source. In practice, the full charge time is different when connected to the batteries from these mods.
