This is a documentation issue.
In Step 20, the instruction is :
"On the Run Command Script blade, type the following and click Run to access the web site hosted on az104-08-vm1:"
The instruction should be :
"On the Run Command Script blade, type the following and click Run to access the web site hosted on az104-08-vm0:"
