/toxic command improvements

- Change embed color based on toxicity
- Don't use spoilers for initial embed, only use it for the content that requires exceedingly toxic embed.
Maybe include emojis for probabilities to make embed look prettier? Not sure if that is really necessary, but might be something to play around with.
