2022 edition - Golang Twitter Bot replacement

Given the recent changes to Twitter the API doesn't seem to be the same as when we first wrote this guide for the Twitter bot.

We need another example to use here for others to follow using a public API.

An idea here could be using a weather API to determine the weather for the week.
