FIFA International Soccer CD-ROM version freezes on Coin Toss

Before starting a match on this game, the Referee does a Coin Toss to determine who will choose to kick off or which half of the field they wish to start the game from. Once you select "Heads" or "Tails" and the referee goes to flip the coin the game will freeze.
Toggling the CPU Speed will unfreeze things momentarily but the game isn't stable.
